Return and Refund Policy

All Tiger Den products are made to order. Because each item is created specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection, color choice, personalization errors entered by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review all size charts, product details, spelling, names, numbers, and customization options carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheTigerDen.shop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error or defect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to an error on our part.
